Post Event Cleaning & Expectations
What our Post Event Cleaning includes:

Quick sweep of the floor and a wipe of the tables and counters

Removing ash from the braai

Quick clean of the toilets
-
Removing black bins.
Avoid the cleanup hassle!
Add a standard cleaning fee R1 000.00
This fee covers additional light cleaning:

Disposing of decor and any other items left behind, i.e., balloons, table arrangements, leftover food and food containers, and empty drink bottles.

Quick wash of the floor and tabletops.
To help us prepare for our next guests, we ask that you:

Remove all personal décor and items brought onto the premises within the allocated timeslot.

Leave the venue and restrooms in a respectful condition.
Please note that any cleaning required beyond the standard service—such as handling excessive litter, spills, or damage—will be deducted from your refundable deposit. If the venue is left in an unacceptable state, the full deposit will be forfeited.
If items are not cleared within the time frame, the club will move all unclear goods to a warehouse. This will impose a penalty for late collection and storage fees will be deducted from your deposit.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our venue pristine.
The Process
Booking Process and Terms
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. Please note that this deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled with less than 10 days' notice.
Key Dates and Requirements

Return the signed Terms and Conditions Agreement with the final invoice payment 10 days prior to the event.

A refundable deposit (or part thereof) will be returned within 10 working days after the event.

Any discrepancies will be addressed in a final invoice sent within 7 days after the event, which must be paid in full within 7 working days.
