The Process


Booking Process and Terms
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. Please note that this deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled with less than 10 days' notice.
Key Dates and Requirements

Return the signed Terms and Conditions Agreement with the final invoice payment 10 days prior to the event.

A refundable deposit (or part thereof) will be returned within 10 working days after the event.

Any discrepancies will be addressed in a final invoice sent within 7 days after the event, which must be paid in full within 7 working days.
Hire glasses, ice buckets, braai tongs and much more from us or order ice upfront and top up as needed.
If you've forgotten something, our on-site representatives will do their best to accommodate your request. Please note that some items may incur a small charge, which will be deducted from your deposit.

To avoid the cleaning fee, please ensure that all décor and leftover items are removed, and bins are used for disposal.
