By submitting this form, I hereby apply for membership of the Burgundy Mupine Golf Club and, if accepted, agree to abide by the Club’s Constitution and all applicable rules and regulations.
I acknowledge that use of the Club’s facilities is entirely at my own risk. I accordingly indemnify and hold harmless the Club against any loss, damage, injury, cost, charge, or expense that I may suffer or incur arising from, or in connection with, my use of the Club’s facilities.
I further understand that my application will be subject to a proposer and seconder process, both of whom must be current members of the Burgundy Mupine Golf Club.
Finally, I acknowledge that, if approved, my membership will be subject to a one-year probationary period. During this period, the Club reserves the right to terminate my membership at its sole discretion, and any such decision shall be final and binding.
